The Shambles (Head House market) at 2nd & Lombard St is geared up to host the 8th Annual Good Food, Good Beer, and the Rest Is History event on July 21st.

This year, this good time outdoor event will feature a whole pig roast as well as tons of vegetarian choices, desserts, and of course, beer! Food and drink will be provided by Feast Your Eyes and Healthy Bites as well as Philadelphia Brewing Company, Earth Bread & Brewery, and Stoudt’s.

35$ General admission includes all you can eat food and drink but advance tickets are available for only $30! As if the endless deliciousness was not enough, there will also be food demonstrations such as a pasta demo by Aliza Green, and baker Elizabeth Stoudt.

The annual outdoor festivities are also a fundraiser with proceeds benefitting Slow Food Philadelphia and Farm to City, two organizations dedicated to provided local, clean, sustainable food.
