Sips Pick of the Week: Tequilas
 Wednesday is the new Friday…at least for the months of summer. While Philadelphians may flock to the shore by the thousands come Friday, Center City Sips draws big numbers for a mid week night out! With so many incredible bars and resturants on the roster this year – deciding where to go can be a daunting task. That’s what we’re here for. Each week we will feature our “pick of the week” to ensure you spend less time choosing a venue and more time with a cockatil!
This week’s pick – Tequilas Restaurant. Can you think of a better way to wrap up a scorching hot workday than with a margarita in hand? I can’t. Which is why tonight I will be shutting down my computer and heading directly to 16th and Locust. Tonight’s sips line up will feature $5 margaritas and sangrias, $4 house wines, and $3 draft beers. The specials don’t end with cockatils, there will also be half priced appetizers including Taquitos de Pollo (well-seasoned Chicken Rolled into corn tortillas, fried and topped with traditional red sauce and fresh cream), Empanadas of the Day (corn pockets stuffed with the chef’s freshest chosen ingredients). 5 o’clock cannot get here soon enough!
