Northern Liberties Kicks off Christmas in July
“It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas,” in Northern Liberties that is! The First Friday series will launch its first annual Christmas in July celebration, a full week of shopping, dining, and giving back to the community.The true spirit of Christmas, no matter what time of year, represents a time for giving, therefore participating businesses will be collecting canned goods and dry foods for Philabundance, a local organization devoted to ending hunger in our communities.
The week long event, which kicked off yesterday, will run through the 29th. Event goers will enjoy up to 75% off regular prices from NoLibs shops and restaurants, and for every purchase made will be entered to win a Northern Liberties Shopping spree. Participating vendors include Once Worn Consignment, PYT , Gunners Run and Art Star Gallery & Boutique among many others.
